This policy covers the website operated by TM Hyman & Associates, LLC (“we”, “us”). It describes how the site works today. If we add analytics, a chat service or other changes, we will update this page first.
What this website does not collect
- The site has no contact forms, accounts or registration, and does not store messages you write.
- The site does not currently use analytics or advertising tracking tools.
- The site does not sell or share personal information.
Emailing us
Inquiry buttons open your own email app with a suggested outline. Nothing is sent until you press send. When you email tm@tmhyman.com, we receive what you choose to include and use it only to reply and to discuss working together. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.
Booking a call
Scheduling is provided by Calendly, shown on our Book a Call page or on Calendly’s own site. Information you enter there (such as your name, email and answers) is collected by Calendly and shared with us so we can hold the call. Calendly may use its own cookies. Its handling of your data is described in Calendly’s privacy notice (opens in a new tab).
Fit finder
The fit finder on the Getting Started page runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or saved, and they disappear when you leave the page.
Other services the site relies on
- Fonts: typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google and Google receives standard technical data such as your IP address.
- Hosting: like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.
- External links: links to sites such as WhyIsThisOnMyDesk.com, Apple Podcasts or NSA Georgia take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Your choices
You can browse the whole site without giving us any personal information. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email tm@tmhyman.com.
