Founder of TM Hyman & Associates. Leadership strategist, executive coach, speaker and author, based in Atlanta, working with clients virtually and on site.
A career spent close to the work.
TM Hyman’s background spans more than 20 years across leadership, sales, service, strategy and operations. His professional experience includes corporate roles at Verizon and Cox Communications, as well as leadership in the nonprofit sector.
Working in large organizations, frontline teams and groups driven by a mission gives him a practical view of how decisions actually move, and where they get stuck. The pattern is familiar: capable people, a clear strategy, and still too much routing back to the person at the top.
He founded TM Hyman & Associates, LLC to work on exactly that problem. Through executive and founder advisory, corporate training and consulting, and speaking, he helps leaders clarify decisions, strengthen ownership and turn strategy into execution.
